Guiding Principles

JA Consulting recognises that discrimination is an act of violence, and that our workplaces present a unique environment to experience these issues. Using an intersectional and legal approach, we aim to provide policies, training, and support to businesses in implementing effective mechanisms that aim to eradicate workplace harassment and discrimination. We do so in compliance with international and national labour interventions aimed at providing employees and companies with the tools to grow and excel by utilising and accepting diverse workspaces.
